Much needed winch switch relocation

This is definitely an improvement from the factory location. I use the winch to run a snowplow and the factory location made me take my hand completely off the handlebar to run the blade up or down. This moves it over enough that I can keep both hands on the bar while working the winch. It would be better if it moved it about another inch closer to the grip though.
