Return Policy
At Team MSC, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives with a manufacturer defect.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, Team MSC must be notified immediately upon discovery of the defect. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order receipt or confirmation.
How to Start a Return
To request a return for a defective product, contact us by text message at 662-438-6407.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects, and Order Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery if:
- Your item is missing
- Your item is defective
- Your item is damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
Prompt notification allows us to evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products without a manufacturer defect
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids
- Gases

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
