Made from 1/2" uhmw, these plastic skids absorb shock to the bottom of the vehicle with no dents or rust and are lighter than traditional metal skids. Strategically placed drain holes allow dirt and debris to wash out - you don't have to remove them to clean out the belly your vehicle. They come in easy to install jointed sections that cover the full length and breadth of the vehicle, including the front and rear differential.

I'm impressed with the design and fitment of this kit. Everything fit perfectly and was easy to install, there are access holes for all the drain plugs and even an access hole to grease the drive shaft. My only suggestion would be to add a few extra dished washers, they only supply EXACTLY the amount needed for install so if you happen to knock one off while out on the trail you won't have any to replace it. These are a dished washer that I don't think you will find at your local hardware store.
