TEAM MSC - PERFORMANCE SPROCKET SET - CFORCE 110

Description:

Team MSC has worked hard to develop a performance sprocket SET for the CFORCE 110. This sprocket set has 1 less tooth than the factory front sprocket, 3 addition teeth than the factory rear sprocket, and is a great addition to give the CFORCE 110 some bottom end torque!

Fitment:

2022-2024 - CFORCE 110

This is kinda miss leading. In the videos they show of the install, they just swapped out the sprockets and put the chain back and took off. On my 2024 110, I had to get a new chain and cut it to size. By removing a few links. Still doesn’t give the atv much more torque. Very disappointed in this product. All other items I’ve got from them are amazing.

Was very easy to install, really gives the atv that low rpm pull for hills. Wish the smaller gear would have been powder coated black like the larger one.

Improved Low End Torque

So started off first with the RNG front gear only and had this set ordered as well. RNG has improved low end but strips speed from machine. Top speed 20. Installed MSC set and immediately had fitment issue with OEM chain. So back to site and ordered chain. Install chain everything good. If this set is ordered either order their chain at the same time or Amazon an 428 chain and cut down and link. It needs to be approx 2 links longer. Parts costs are reasonable but shipping is ridiculous high. My house is 5100 feet, pretty much anywhere we go is 5100 plus lot of it is 6000 to 7000 ft. My son is 8. We live in the high desert so most trails are up and down, some steep some not but a constant work out for machines. So far MSC kit has done well. Some trails that are rocky climb I have to drag it up because still lacks bottom end, honestly not many. We recently rode to repeater station at 6650 and he stopped periodically to ask which way and machine would restart on its own. If trails are steep but smooth the top end help it shoot up hills. Top speed is 23 on rev limiter. MSC set is nice balance between stock which is awful and RNG gear. I’m writing this review to help others who live in the higher country and/or high desert type trails. If you think it gutless in the Midwest see what they are like up here. All in all recommend this set.

Sprocket set

Works as we hoped, acceleration is improved as is climbing ability.

Only question or concern is that he is on tbe rev limiter sooner than expected.

Can that be raised or do we just deal with it?

I would gear even lower, but getting on tbe limiter with this set up keeps me from doing it.
