Heavy-duty may be the best description for the upper doors for the Segway Villain. Only the strongest materials can stand up to the harsh conditions of the trails. Made with 1000 denier rip-stop fabric, 30 gauge vinyl, #10 YKK zippers, military-grade hook and loop, and made in America. The upper doors for the Segway Villain are part of our modular cab system. Modular design allows you have options. When the cold winds blow, add the doors to completely enclosure your cab. When the temperature rises, either roll the windows back and secure open or remove them until needed again.
FEATURES:
- Made of rugged 1000 denier polyester reinforced with rip-stop technology that is also water repellent, tear resistant, puncture resistant, UV and mildew resistant.
- Windows are made from 30-gauge double-polished vinyl.
- The upper doors feature a double-zipper design. Heavy-duty #10 YKK zippers run along the top and bottom of the door windows. Unzip the windows to open the doors.
- The upper doors are made with a "saddle" that attaches to the top of the Segway factory door. The "saddle" helps secure the doors in place.
- The upper doors also come with a "roll bar pad" to help secure the doors and rear panel (if purchased) in place.
- High tenacity, heat resistant, continuous multi-filament polyester yarns make up the marine sewing thread used throughout construction

- Comes with everything needed for installation, including self-adhesive hook and loop (Velcro), care and installation instructions.
