CL-X 700 SPORT PASSENGER SEAT

I searched high and low for this exact seat and this was the only place I could get it.. I tried to order online but considering I'm from Canada, I was having a few issues.. I don't know who thought of having a number to text an associate directly but that's a pretty good idea... It was the weekend so naturally I sent a text and just sat back and waited.Derek got a hold of me Monday morning and we spent a little time working out the website issues but nonetheless he got me sorted out in a jiffy and had my seat here in record time ( only took 1 week!!). I was shocked when the FedEx guy walked in past my gate saying he had a package for me.. I was expecting another week so,pretty impressive guys.. thanks to Derek, Wendy and everybody else who helped out
